Good base for exploring Fairborn. Spent our time here greatly. The hotel had a central location.

The bathroom was dirty. Air conditioning was not working.

It's decent place for visiting some must see attractions in Fairborn. Breakfast had plenty of options, including cereal, eggs, yogurt and cookies.

walking to nutter center was easy, as it took only 15 minutes. the hotel was in a great location. really close to the airport, 12 miles.
